Tim Brightbill ~ Director, Concert Band
Timothy "Tim" Brightbill is a born and raised St. Petersburg native. Tim received his Associate degree in Education from St. Petersburg College and his Bachelor's Degree in Education and Fine Art (Music) from the University of South Florida. Tim has over 18 years of music education experience, teaching in both Pinellas and Hernando Counties. He has instructed Elementary, Middle and High School programs including: Concert Band, Orchestra, Choir, Jazz Band, Music Theory, Music Appreciation, Marching Band and Private Study. His bands have received numerous awards and superior ratings, and Tim has been included in Who's Who Among America's Teachers five times. Tim enjoys golf, furniture restoration, kayaking/paddle boarding, camping, is a handyman, a First Dan in Tae Kwon Do, and a foodie -- particularly of barbeque!

David Pate ~ Director, Jazz Band
David Pate is the Director of the Jazz Band. David received his BA in Music Performance at the University of South Florida with Graduate work at the Manhattan School of Music. He has been the Director of Jazz Studies and Woodwind Instructor the the Pinellas County Center for the Arts for 40 years. David has done many tours within the US and Europe with various Jazz and Rock Festivals.

David Tagliarini ~ Director, Flute Choir
Tampa native David Tagliarini holds a Bachelor of Music degree from the University of Florida in Flute Performance, and a Master of Music degree from Indiana University in multiple woodwinds. Mr. Tagliarini has toured the US, Canada, Germany, and Austria performing in Broadway National Tours such as My One and Only, Jekyll and Hyde, Beauty and the Beast, and Evita. Broadway credits include: The Music Man, Jekyll and Hyde, and The Immigrant. After 20 years playing principal flute with Opera Tampa, he now performs regularly with the St. Petersburg Opera, and is Principal Flutist with the Tampa Bay Symphony. David has performed at the Straz Center for over 100 Broadway National tours, including The Book of Mormon, The Phantom of the Opera, Wicked, and Aladdin.
